Leadership - MBDA Cohort 1

The Leadership course provides opportunity for learners to recognize their innate leadership style and challenge themselves to improve their leadership skills. Introspective reflection moments throughout the course allow learners to consider their current leadership strengths and where they have room for growth. Learners in this course will learn about vital leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, team building, and emotional intelligence - to name a few. Upon completion of the course, learners will have constructed their own personal philosophy of leadership and be able to integrate the skills they developed into their professional role.
