Full course description

Course Description

Learn to turn imperfect business data into a decision-ready strategy. This course moves you from purpose to evidence, evidence to analysis, and analysis to action across four interconnected modules: Foundations of Business Intelligence, Building Trustworthy Data, Advanced Analysis and Judgment, and Turning Analysis into Action. Working from a continuing applied case, you will frame strategic questions, integrate and govern data from multiple sources, apply advanced analytical methods with appropriate caution about what the evidence can support, and communicate findings persuasively to nontechnical decision-makers. Each module produces a professional artifact that stands on its own and can be integrated into the culminating Business Intelligence Strategy Report.
