Course Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Analyze business problems using decision matrices to systematically evaluate alternatives and prioritize options.
  • Apply probability analysis tools, including decision trees and Monte Carlo simulations, to assess the likelihood and impact of various business outcomes. This includes working alongside AI-powered analytical tools while ensuring transparent, accountable decision-making through explainable AI techniques that can be justified to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Quantify business risks using statistical models and scenario analysis to support risk-informed decision-making.
