Full course description
You didn't reach this level by lacking competence — your record settles that. You're here because the work changed. As leadership becomes less about what you can do yourself and more about what you achieve through others, the capabilities that brought you here are no longer the ones that earn trust now. This program is about that shift: from being the person with the answer to being the leader others choose to follow — at the very moment AI is redrawing what expertise even means.
Across six modules, you'll lead one high-stakes initiative from beginning to end. You'll lead yourself first, then your people, your stakeholders, your strategy, and the change your initiative demands — and finally you'll lead forward, into an AI-shaped future. Three strands run through every module in equal measure: fluency with AI, the judgment of leadership, and the communication that earns trust. And because the program teaches responsible AI, it practices it throughout.
Each module builds one section of your Leadership Impact Project — the capstone you'll pitch to a panel — so every reflection and decision becomes part of a plan you carry out the door. This isn't more theory poured into a full cup; it's a sharper kind of growth, aimed at the decisions that don't have clean answers. Bring a real challenge you're carrying right now: we supply the frameworks, you supply the stakes.
